Licensed by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – OJK) as an Insurance Broker in 27th December 2013. 100% privately owned Indonesian company. Completely independent, not affiliated to any group or business.


Member of the Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Broker Association (Asosiasi Perusahaan Pialang Asuransi dan Reasuransi Indonesia – APPARINDO).

Marketing
  • Offering advice on the insurance program design
  • Assisting The Client in identifying and measuring exposure to loss i.e. risks management.
  • Assisting The Client in completing required insurance policy application form etc.
  • Preparing appropriate underwriting reports for submission to insurers
  • Negotiating the actual insurance placement
Technical
  • Collecting Underwriting information for the purpose of presentation to the Insurance.
  • Binding the to Insurers upon having a firm order.
  • Maintaining premium records
  • Calculating any periodic premium adjustment (if any)
  • Processing premium invoices
  • Checking accuracy of insurance policies
  • Processing requests for insurance policy changes and endorsement for the same
  • Maintaining historical underwriting information
  • Monitoring performance of the entire insurance program
Claim Handling
  • Accepting notice of claims from the client and advise all insurers appropriately
  • Assisting in the preparation of claim forms where required
  • Monitoring Insurance Claim services
  • Assisting where required, in adjuster selection
  • Maintaining diary and review notes to expedite satisfactory and expeditious claim settlements.
  • Conducting claim reviews with Client / Insurer (s) as appropriate
  • Collecting funds for expeditious payment of claim.
Additional
  • Maintaining historical underwriting information
  • Arranging meeting as appropriate
  • Assisting clients in monitoring the quality of service provided by its insurance providers.
  • Monitoring insurance and reinsurance market developments

  • Communicating regularly and frequently with Insurer (s).
